Who is the ISCS Platform for?
It is designed for importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, freight forwarders and trade or supply-chain teams that manage international trade transactions.
What can I manage with ISCS?
Depending on your subscription and enabled capabilities, you can manage business information, products, purchase orders, Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, trade documents, customs-preparation information, shipments, containers, tracking and currency information.
Does ISCS use AI?
Yes. ISCS uses AI-assisted processing within supported workflows, including processing information from supported trade documents into structured data. AI outputs should be reviewed and validated within the applicable workflow.
Does AI make customs decisions for me?
No. The platform is software and workflow support. Customs treatment depends on the transaction, applicable rules and the information provided. ISCS should not be presented as a guarantee of customs compliance.
Can I upload trade documents?
Supported documents can be uploaded for applicable workflows. The platform can use AI-assisted processing to help transform relevant document information into structured data.
Can information be reused across documents?
The platform is designed around connected trade information so that relevant structured information can be reused across supported commercial, documentation, customs and shipment workflows.
Can I manage multiple users and organisations?
Yes. The platform supports multi-user operation with roles and permissions, and is designed to support multiple organisations with organisation-level separation and access controls.
Does ISCS provide freight forwarding?
Yes. ISCS also provides freight and logistics services including sea freight, air freight, road freight, customs clearance and dangerous goods support. Platform and freight services are separate propositions.
How does subscription work?
Choose an available subscription plan, complete the applicable registration and payment process, and use the platform capabilities included in that plan. Exact billing, limits and cancellation terms are shown on the Pricing page.
Is my business information secure?
ISCS uses authentication, access controls, organisation separation and secure cloud-based infrastructure. See the Security page for the controls currently implemented.
What is planned for the future?
The platform is designed to expand into additional supply-chain capabilities, including inventory, warehouse, customs and vendor management. Roadmap items are labelled clearly as planned until released.
